Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Numo account and associated data.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the Numo app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

This is the primary and fastest way to delete your Numo account and associated data.

Request Deletion Without Access to the App

If you cannot access the app or cannot sign in, you may request account deletion by email using the contact method below.

Request Account Deletion

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days, although timing may vary if additional verification or legal retention review is required.

To help us verify account ownership, please send the request from the email address linked to your Numo account whenever possible. If your account was created anonymously or you no longer have access to the linked email, include any details that may help us identify your account.

What Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we intend to delete the account data associated with your Numo account from our systems, including:

Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or enforcement of limited trial access.
