When you use receipt scanning, screenshot-based expense creation, AI-assisted categorization, translation, or related features, the content you submit for those features may be processed by external AI and OCR providers on our behalf.
- Depending on the processing flow and fallback logic, submitted content may be processed by one or more of the providers listed in this policy.
- This processing is used only to provide the feature you initiated, such as extracting structured receipt data, categorizing items, translating item names, or supporting AI-powered search.
- We do not provide social sharing features or expose your uploaded receipt data to other users.

We use third-party services to operate Numo. These may include:

10) Data retention

- Receipt images may remain stored so they can stay attached to the related receipt records in your account.
- You may remove receipt-related data by deleting the related receipt or by deleting your account.
- Support chat messages and support attachments may remain stored until your account is deleted or the support record is otherwise removed in our systems.
11) Account deletion and what may be retained
You can delete your account from within the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through the contact method listed on our Account Deletion page.

- Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or trial-enforcement purposes.
- For example, we may retain limited device-level anti-abuse or trial-enforcement records, such as records associated with a device identifier used to prevent repeated abuse of free trial access.
- Transaction, billing, and subscription records may also be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other parties where required by their systems, contracts, or legal obligations.
12) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14) Children
Numo is not intended for children. Do not use Numo if you are under the minimum age required to use the service in your country.
15) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
