- In-app support chat: if you are signed in, you can contact us from within the app and continue the conversation there.
What to include in your message
To help us investigate your issue faster, please include as much relevant detail as possible, such as:
- device model;
- operating system and version;
- app version;
- a short description of the issue;
- steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable;
- screenshots or attachments, if they help explain the problem.
Support messages and attachments
- If you contact us through the in-app support chat, your support messages and any attachments you choose to send may be stored and processed in order to respond to your request, investigate issues, and improve support operations.
- If your account is deleted, support chat threads, support messages, and support attachments associated with your account are intended to be deleted as part of the account deletion process, subject to any limited retention described in our legal pages.

Support is currently provided in English and may also be available in other languages at our discretion.
